This happened to my baby at exactly 3 weeks old too we called the pediatrician and she said it’s just colic and it’s completely normal and to just help him be comfortable. Also that it. An last up to 4 months. I really hope not but if you are worried talk to your pediatrician.

My baby also went through a stage where he was nonstop crying he had a lot of trapped gas so I used gas drops on him it’s helped
