I have a 2month old daughter and she won’t stop crying. I’ll feed her, change her, swaddle her, give her her pacifier, etc. she hasn’t had a bowl movement in a few days now could that be what’s wrong? Her stomach feels really hard to. I’ve tried purified water, and Gripe water.

I would imagine it’s pretty unlikely for an ebf baby to be constipated. They can go up to a week without a bowl movement. Giving her juice might just upset her stomach more. If her stomach is hard while she’s crying it’s probably just her muscles strained. I would talk to her dr before giving her anything other than breast milk...

When I was little, maybe 3 or 4 I had to go to the hospital because I didn’t have a bowel movement. Maybe you should take her to get checked. I apparently got better after leaving from there. Wish I could remember what they did
