I gave birth a week before due date. I wasn’t going to get the epidural due to many reasons, I requested the epidural after 6cm. I felt like I was dying, I felt my back tearing along with heavy period cramps every 1min for 5min worst pain ever! I was able to push without an issue I didn’t feel a thing!! The aftermath of giving birth is tearing is so uncomfortable and hurtful. Overall experience was great I finally got to see my little miracle. Welcome to the world Abraham Ivan ♥️
Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?

I had my little guy at 4:01 PM today. I got an epidural during hour 2 or 3. I was in labor for 9 and a half hours. Epidural lasted until the last 30-45 minutes, so they put a higher dose in and I didn't know I was 10CM I only felt the pressure in my bottom but I was so gassy and I thought it was gas pains. Nope. Went from 3CM to 10CM in less than 2 hours. I didn't tear but they did cut me. I literally didn't feel anything. But he looks like his mommy. He came on his due date
Anybody had a child birth with no epidural? I really want to have my baby with no epidural.
girls I am close to give birth I am 39 weeks and my due date is on 7th December. So I am planning on having epidural for pain relief. But I would like to hear ur comments on Epidural from the girls that already been through it. 😊xx
I just got it and can’t feel anything either
