My wee cherub has a rash starting under his chin because he's constantly dribbling what can I use to sooth it as it's very red xx

I’m the same with e45 😂😂 I use it for both of us 😂 oh bless him. It’s horrible isn’t it. It should calm down now, or at least look a little better xx
I use baby moisturizers as my skin is ridiculously sensitive 😑 even e45 irritates it somehow! 😳

We use whatever I have to hand 😂😂 we’ve used e45, nappy cream, oilatium. They all worked for us. We put it on 3 times a day and after every feed/bib change used a flannel to clean it and dry it before putting a fresh one on. Hope it goes soon, my boys really itches him xx

Ah ok, thank you! He's been sound asleep for a wee while now so I've slathered cream on his poor wee face. Luckily it's not been bothering him but it looks really red so I don't want it getting worse for him xx

Try and keep it as dry as you can, it's probably a moisture rash so the only way to help it is to stop the dribble getting there. Change bibs regularly so they don't make his skin damp. Xx
