I had a csection one month ago today and my son's father moved this past weekend and my bf was asked to move his basketball hoop ..well his arms hurt so I tried to lift it and all 40 gallons of water... Last two days I've been in alot of pain and tonight I've bled out BLACK blood. Should I be worried?! Yesterday almost all I did was SLEPT... Not like me to not do ANYTHING all day... If things persist im going to end up in the ER... just great. BUT the only thing that has me thinking it's not that I've hurt myself is that I got my first IUD during my section and it's been almost like I haven't bled barely at all since my csection so maybe it's old blood that's needed to come out???

I was needing to go back to work but now that just inspired me to stay home and heal completely before going back

Thanks ladies. I didn't really have pain until this week. I mean I had pains but it's steady radiating pain now. I got Liletta and im thinking it has something to do with it possibly... No black blood today so far so that's a really good sign im guessing

Could be old blood, just be careful. You'll definitely be in pain for a while. You're still healing and really shouldn't lift anything heavier than baby in the carrier.

Btw, which IUD did u get? I'm considering getting one in March when I have my section.

I'd be careful! It could be old blood. But you shouldn't pick up anything heavy right now. You will be in a lot of pain for a while. Call your doctor for a check up.
