Was she is the grass at all? My first thought was mosquito but I only saw the first pic when I responded. Then after didn't want to give advise and be wrong. Both of my girls look like that after being in the grass or getting a bug bite. Hoping it's nothing. Benadryl is safe even for a two year old as long as they get the appropriate dose. Your doctor should have told you how much to give her based on her weight. But there is a Benadryl cream which is even better as long as it's just a skin reaction. Hope it was nothing and just a random occurrence.

You're welcome. Things to think about: new foods, detergents, bath wash, etc? I bought Suave body wash to use as a bubble bath since it is only a $1 and this happened to my oldest. She doesn't complain, scratch or seem to notice and once I use her Dove wash it goes away. Hoping that's all it is for your sweet baby.

I would call the doctor in that case. Better safe than sorry. Too many possibilities with a fever.

Looks like a reaction to something like @rebelprincesz24 said. It does look almost 'hivey'. Benadryl should help, it's an antihistamine isn't it?

It went away by itself after 2 hours without any meds. Thank u all so much. Now I have to figure out what caused it.
