How long does each leap last roughly? And do you moms notice they were going through a leap?

@crharmer, omg lol. You poor thing. I’m scared because they don’t sleep right? When they start to roll in bed? I try not to co sleep so he doesn’t get used to it. Only when he gets vaccines etc is when I put him in bed with me
@sms123 I've coslept with all of mine until 2. I'm definitely the minority, but I love the cuddles.
I’ve actually never even paid attention to leaps. I’ve heard a lot of people say it just stressed them out more than anything trying to prepare for leaps and that they usually didn’t even line up correctly anyway.
Ya it does stress me. I never noticed them until a few weeks ago when my lo was up every 2 hours at night, I heard it’s leaps that do that or sleep regressions.

It's different for every baby. I wouldn't say I noticed they were going through a leap but you can tell through some signs: up more throughout the night, restless, exceptionally whiney and clingy.
