Just had my first cervical check (ouch!) and bled more than I expected to, the doctor said it's normal I just didn't expect so much. Just going to wear a panty liner and keep an eye on the baby's movements but I have to admit I'm fairly nervous even though they said not to worry
Well there is a slight benefit to cervical checks... yeah they are optional but the do tell you how dilated you are and the more dilated the closer you are to labor and some women don't even feel contractions... When you are in labor they will check your cervix constantly to see your progress so it's really inevitable, especially being your first baby and not knowing what to expect come time to give birth. Bleeding is totally normal after a check and it's nothing to worry about. It's uncomfortable to get them but it's helpful.
You'll be fine 👍❤ Its a little scary if you haven't had it before. It may help move things along!
Yes they are awful. Im not doing them this time.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I bled too with my 37 check up but I realized for me when a women checked me she was gentle and I didn't bleed again. The time I bled it was a guy who checked me....to rough and it hurt tooo
