It can be scary to think about but our bodies were made to do it! That's what my mom kept telling me.
I was so nervous but once baby is in your arms you don't think much about what you just went through! Best advice I can give is try to stay calm, after every contraction I'd tell myself I was one contraction closer to meeting my baby and in ny experiance once I was able to start pushing the pain subsided. I still have another 20 weeks to go and when i think about it i still get nervous and I've been through it before but it's all worth it!

A woman told me, "remember that once the baby is out, the contractions stop." The pain was very temporary compared to the blessing that is at the end of the labor road. Here's a funny for you; for me, I was so scared to push my first my husband would see my son's hair and then the baby would go back in, my husband said, "if you don't push my son out, I'm going to reach in and get my son myself!" I wanted to rip his head off. 😂 I hope that made you chuckle. Calm down mama. ❤ We work ourselves up and it's over pretty quickly compared to having baby for the rest of your life❤

Delivery can definitely make you nervous and quite frankly scared🤯😩 but once you deliver that bundle of joy the pain and frustration is filled with much joy and happiness 💕💫 Good luck, I have faith all will go well and smooth for you, congrats on your pregnancy also!💕💫👶👑

Try to relax the best you can, honestly I had to kind of convince myself it wasnt a big deal. I was in early labor and dilated to almost 3 cm for almost a month so when the active labor started it was such a relief, I labored at home took a bath with my partner and my bundle came 25 min after my water broke, relax and let your body do the work, it's going to do it whether you want it to or not. Just accepting my body knew what to do made it so much easier and a lot less pressure filled
