It has nothing to do with him cumming... you're more sensitive in that area during pregnancy and it's easy to get sore after sex, maybe tell your fiance to take it easy next time.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
You should be extremely careful with that. My fiancé came in me and it caused me to have a kidney infection, due to the lingering sperm.
