Hola! I am seriously struggling on getting my 6 month old to sleep through the night. She constantly wakes up at least 3-4 times a night and she has became so dependent on her pacifier. At this point, she needs it to soothe herself in order to go back to sleep or 1-2 bottle feedings. Her pediatrician told me she should be sleeping throughout the night without bottle feedings. Please give me any advice on how to break this or what can I do to get her to sleep longer. I tried rocking her back to sleep but she just keeps crying until I give her a bottle and she is good.

I had this very problem i started ferberizing durning the days before naps. I didnt swaddle alot after 3 months but i just started swaddling him again i dunno why but it helps with the ferberization. My son is now getting used to calming himself down and actually staying asleep and when he does wake up he doesn't immediately start crying he sometimes just coos and blows raspberries to entertain himself til we notice that he's awake hope this helps

My baby hates the swaddle. She cries even more. I'm going to try the swaddling again. Thank you girl.

Her first tooth broke the skin so she's teething. That's why she's not sleeping. She's in pain.

Feed her more during the day ( bottle or breast
Wise ), that way she won’t wake
As much at night . idk if she’s started solids .
When she wakes at night try waiting 10 minutes before going in (idk if she’s in her own room) and soothing her . Most times they’ll put
Themselves back to
Sleep .
It’s also perfectly normal for her to not be sleeping through the night yet but if good habits are formed she’ll start to self soothe and
Be able to put herself back to sleep

My sons almost 6 months and he was doing the same thing. I started feeding him baby cereal before bed he’s slept a 6hr stretch ever since. I’m not sure if I was any help. Thinking of you. ♥️

Yeah I figured out the problem. She's teething so she's moody af. I put the cereal in her milk before and she would just wake up because she wants the pacifier. Thank you girl. It's good to hear that other mothers do this too.
