I’m kinda scared now that I went to get an ultrasound and they didn’t see anything not even a sac so now I’m worried it’s in my tubes 😢 but I’m still getting positive test

that's very early to see anything on a ultrasound. Your probably like 3/4 weeks, won't see anything until 5 weeks.

it not I have had ultrasound with both my boys this early and seen a sac

Oh okay, each pregnancy is different, so they say, hopefully they repeat the ultrasound soon and you see your little bean. 💓 Prayers for good results momma!

I hope not! I had an ectopic pregnancy and you need to watch for the signs. If you get bad cramping on one side and it doesnt go away then you need to be seen right away. Good luck momma

😔 I know that feeling, doctors couldn't see anything and I ended up losing the baby. They told me it was in my tubes but it never was... but they did keep saying it's to early to see anything. Hopefully this is not your case I'm pretty sure it's to early and you will have a beautiful healthy baby ❤
