I'm starting to get so frustrated with this attorney approval crap. My now fiancè keeps asking his lawyer when it'd be ok for me to move in (custody hearing for his son is already done and the judge was in his favor so he got 40/60 custody) I'm already at his house every night he has his son because he works at 5am and neither of our boys need to be woken up at 4/430 to take them somewhere else. Not only that, like I'm carrying your child, do you just expect us to never live together because you're going through court? I'm already almost half way through the pregnancy.

Just be patient. Custody terms can be tricky and hes just trying to do right and not lose his 40/60 agreement. We are guardians of my husbands brothers (they were placed with us through dfcs) and we couldn't even get pregnant before the official court hearing because we would of had 2 kids under 2 which to the dfcs in our state is a no no when taking guardianship of kids out of foster care. Everything has stipulations. Keep doing what you're doing. Everything will fall into place.

@fourkidsandababy I think it's just hit the point it's so frustrating. No one in my home knows I'm pregnant (I'd instantly be kicked out). So I feel like I'm just doing it alone, which is a struggle. Everyday I'm being bashed at home, told how shitty of a mom I am, told I never do enough (I do at least 3 things a day in the home when I am here and not working). It's all just overwhelming and slowly starting to kill me.

It sounds rough but just think of how great of a father he is being. He's ensuring his son is safe and seeing as the judge sided more with him shows that child needs him. I'm sure it's a pain but it will all be worth it in the end.
