So I’ve been having stomach tightness and back pain with stiffness it’s off and on and last quite awhile.. I’ll be 37 weeks tomorrow.. should I be concerned? And also she’s been moving like craaazzzy.

I agree with pp. Sounds like BH...the real ones suck and you'll feel them in your back too
