I would wait until you are out of first trimester. If not longer. If you work in a place where they need to train someone’s takeover while you are on leave I wouldn’t wait longer then 20 weeks. Just so you are on good terms.
@meganeliza, @mamaof2babes, so I work in a daycare(in her home) i HAVE to be with the group of kids I have at all times so far I’ve had no nausea or anything I just have to pee a lot but because I have to be with the kids at all times if our 3rd teacher isn’t here I can’t just go to the bathroom. We also use cleaners(one is oil based by dottera) but we use bleach ALL THE TIME the bleach part was the reason I was only going to wait until after my first dr appointment..
@sophiesmom, yeah since it’s a in home day care I don’t think it’s phase her...she was pregnant and had her own baby and ran her own daycare still so I don’t think she’d do anything shady ya know?

Depends on job I guess. If its more specialty then more time would be needed for them to prepare.
