my son will be 1 in less than a month & he’s not even standing up by himself yet.. he will pull up & stand but if he isn’t holding on to anything he won’t stand & he’s showing no signs of even wanting to walk.. how old were your babies when they started walking?

Both boys started walking at 11 months and Eliana still isn't walking.. He tries but doesn't have it down yet lol
Every kids are different my first started walking at 8 months my second at 14 months my third 17 months and my last one is almost 10 months she doesnt crawl or nothing yet so i think she will be late too
Some babies are just lazy my niece was the same way she didn’t walk until months after her 1st birthday but he’ll do it whenever he’s ready. My kid was 9 months when he took his first steps!
My youngest turned 1 today and just started walking on Saturday
My oldest started walking at 10 months. The other 3 between 11 and 12 months. My husband didn’t walk until 18 months lol and the little girl I’m a nanny for is 17 months and is just starting to walk now.
Mine was 10 months old when he started walking but we worked with him a lot with his balance. Don’t get discouraged. He will walk in his own time. Until then encourage him to stand. We simply just stood him up over and over again and he eventually got it. My son wouldn’t stand up on his own until closer to a year. It will happen mama! Just be patient and keep trying.

ppl keep asking me if my son is walking yet bc he’s 10 months and “he should be walking or trying to walk already” .. NO my son isn’t walking 😒 nor does he even want to stand. my child & your child are not the same. they all develop differently. my son isn’t walking but he’s also able to say 5 words now so i guess thats what he’s focusing on🤷🏼♀️😂🧠

My son has no interest in walking. He can walk along the couch and he can stand on his own for a while, but every time we try to get him to walk he just falls forward our backward because he thinks it’s funny.

We are about to be 13 months and still not walking unless we are holding on to something. He can support himself standing. So, any tips or tricks to get him going?
My baby shower is tomorrow super nervous. Wat am i supposed to do when they are playing games n stuff ? I hate that he’s refusing to come even tho i can’t stand him n he can’t stand me tomorrow would b much easier with him there
Right about a year. Does he get plenty of opportunities to try or us he often carried or in a walker or swing? I dont think you should worry yet. Is he meeting his other milestones?
