Haven't been really cramping or having Braxton hicks lately until tonight....my gosh some of these are strong!

I just realized that I’ve probably been having Braxton Hicks since about 18 weeks! I didn’t realize that’s what it was at first I thought it was the baby curling up in a little ball and making my belly hard. A few nights ago I figured it out and got nervous that I was having them too often. I hope you feel better!
