3 year temp 100.9 , she never really gets sick or ever even had a temp that high? Do I take her in or try some meds first?

She just complaining of her head being hot & hurting and doesn't wanna get out of bed

@sabrinavee, I’d give Tylenol or Motrin and monitor her temp. Sounds like her body is fighting something icky. Hope she feels better soon!

Neither. It’s a fairly low fever. I’d just do a cool bath unless she’s really uncomfortable

How is she acting? Meds first. No need to go in with a fever at that temp unless she’s not responding much and acting extremely lethargic.
