Some Witch hazel wipes and this numbing pain reliever spray they should give u helps ! I’m 3 months postpartum as I still use them bkz my vagina still burns and itches at times

I put aloe Vera gel and froze my pads it helps but not when I pee😩

I had a torn urethra from the catheter. Every time I peed I would use that squirting bottle they give with Luke warm waTer
