Can you not pull over at the nearest Walmart or target and grab some baby wipes and new underwear? Infection is possible if you’re just sitting in fecal matter with an open wound.

@mylitasilva, stop at Walmart or target or whatever big box store is closest and grab some cheap new clothes to wear home! Don’t sit in that!
