it’s an hour test you drink something they give you... then sit for an hour then the draw blood in you leave.

You can't have anything with sugar in it. It will mess with the test results. I was told to just avoid anything with sugar and I could eat a s breakfast of eggs and toast (only butter) 2hrs before the drink, then nothing but sips of water before the draw.
