I have a huge question I had a d&e last Friday. My symptoms of being pregnant went away but came back in full effect…

I am so sorry you had to go through that. It could be how rapidly your hormones are dropping. I personally would let your doctor know if youre concerned. But I want to share my story. I had a similar but rare situation. I had retained products after my d&c in August 2017. My doctor told me it wasnt possible because she did it with ultrasound guidance. I was passing huge clots and what looked to be retained products but she told me no. I endes up in the emergency room a few weeks later witg early pregnancy symptoms to find out it was in fact retained products. I was given Cytotec but it didnt do anything. My levels stopped dropping by the end of October and i needed a repeat d&c November 2017. December 28th I took a shower and passed a small amount of fleshy tissue. I didnt think much of it until right after lunch that day. I called my mom to pick me up from work to take me to the doctor. They did an ultrasound and told me i had a blood clot that was stuck. Another round if Cytotec and I needed to go to the bathroom righr away. A mass larger than a golf ball of calcified retained products that was left from tge original d&c 4 months earlier.

I think it’s jus your hormones. Your body is still adjusting.
