I pretty much threw my own. I had a different gender 4 years apart. You can throw a diaper party.
I’m throwing myself one! In my experience baby showers are for celebrating each new baby, so I don’t understand why people would only celebrate the first baby. My first was a boy and I’m having a girl now, I don’t expect gifts or anything, but I want to bring my friends and family together to celebrate my daughters life. 🤷🏻♀️
What she said!! It’s not about the gifts it’s about celebrating baby. Each baby deserves to be celebrated. Even if you just invite family over and eat pizza!!
In my family u only get it once with first baby..! Or if u have another one like 5-6 years after the first but other than just one shower!! But sometimes i see

My best friend said she was going to throw one for me but hasn’t said anything since the beginning of my pregnancy. I guess it’s bothering me because I am having a hard time right now. It would be nice to have family around!
I threw myself one. I didn’t want one but my mom insisted and said she’d do it but then bailed so I had to throw it myself, but it was to bad
