I did, but I unfortunately do not have a success story for you.

yeah I’ve been researching natural “remedies” for it! Such as eating chocolate 🤷🏼♀️ I figured out I had it before I had my son, but still felt pretty helpless.

@-boytribe, so long as it doesn't cause harm, every remedy is worth a try! I hope it work out this time for you!

I had it. I pushed through 2 months until I just couldn’t. I’m firmly in the belief that a healthy mother is vital to a healthy baby and healthy family. For my own mental health I quit.

It was absolutely amazing the change I felt when I finally quit. That's what got me thinking, because everyone told me breastfeeding made them feel so happy and relaxed (obviously not when it hurt.)

Wow I never knew there was a name to it. I always told people I felt this overwhelming feeling of sadness every time I breastfed or pumped. I related it to baby blues but it was so much more intense during feeding times. Good luck to you if you decide to keep going. Now that I know what it is maybe not feeding alone would have helped me. I used to sit in the babies room alone. Or music, inscents? Anything that gives you good vibes or feelings

Thanks!
