I’m at my wits end. Baby cries all day long. I haven’t eaten in almost 24 hours, no sleep, etc. nothing works. I’ve tried warm bath, warming bottle before feeding, burping 3 or more times, massaging tummy, and leg bicycling. It’s only after he eats. I thought I was over feeding so I decreased his milk intake by an ounce. Still the same thing. He poops at least once a day so that’s not an issue. His doctor doesn’t have anything open until January. I don’t know what to do at this point. I’m beyond frustrated. Any help? I’ve also tried different bottles.

Maybe he has reflux, sounds just about exactly how my little guy was acting

the Dr put him on ranitidine and than a week later had to up his dose and we're trying a new formula which both are seeming to help just not at moment but he just had shots

Aww I’m sorry to hear that mama. You need to eat though. You have to take care of yourself first so that you can be okay to take care of your baby. Maybe he’s just crying to cry..? Have you tried a pacifier or putting him in a rocker? My baby loved the swing he was in. It used to calm him down. Is the baby comfortable in your house? (Is it cold or warm enough for him?)

Yes he uses the pacifier for a couple seconds then goes back to crying. The rocker doesn’t help. Being held doesn’t comfort him at all and the temp is warm enough.

which pacifier brands have you used? My baby always liked avent and mam. Sometimes it varies with the babies, they’ll pick a favorite. Oh no! That sounds awful! Maybe @zaynesmommy1889, is right and your LO might have reflux ☹️

i use the soothing one from the hospital. I’ve tried giving him the mam ones but he spits them out.

hmm maybe try avent or the dollar store ones from dollar tree. They’re usually blue and green. Don’t get the Mickey Mouse ones. My baby hated those unless you wanna try it.
