Purchase Fluoride free water by the gallon. Don’t use tap. If you can’t buy fluoride free water for some reason and tap is your only choice then be sure to boil it.

I used and still am using theb gallons of infant water they sell at Walmart in the baby department

i use the baby water from walmart it’s a dollar

I've always used Nestle pure life water.
