Anybody get nose bleeds during their second trimester?

I got light nose bleeds every morning for a week straight during my second trimester. I realized it was because of the dry air in my bedroom. A humidifier solved that issue !

Me! They were awful.

It’s fairly common , your blood volume increases a lot during pregnancy. I had them almost mornings

Ive gottwn bad nose bleeds drom my second trimester til i had babe with all my pregnancies. Im 38weeks now with baby #3 and still get them often
