It's normal in the first trimester. I resorted to sports bras a few times!
I usually get really sore breasts before my periods as well, so I'm fairly used to it.
Mine are still a little sensitive at 15 weeks, although not to anywhere near the same extent. They're itchy non stop instead and the dry, flaking skin driving me mad now!

I didn't deal with any pain, but they're so itchy! I look like a crazy person constantly having to adjust and scratch at them 😂
