Is there anything to help pregnancy insomnia or am I just SOL? It’s 3am and I’m TIRED but can’t sleep. Instead I’m up super anxious and thinking about the birth of my second son. He’ll be here by the end of this month and I’m so excited, nervous, and READY!

I had insomnia my entire pregnancy with my daughter & im having insomnia this time around. I was told Benadryl will help. It helped me sleep
