I know your pain the only thing that helped me was a frozen bottle of water or a heating pad. Hope it helps mama

Tylenol is all I have found so far, lol. I have had it since I was 26 weeks, I'm now 37w5d. And my doctor didn't take me serious neither. But honestly nothing they can do for it, it's your body's muscles loosing up.. lol I'm to the point where I can't even stand up now, hubby has to pull me up when I need to get up from laying, or sitting.

oh gosh .. i’m not ready for it🤦🏾♀️ can’t imagine especially if it’s going to get worse. you’re almost there though🎉 but i heard it takes a while to go back to normal after birth? is that true?

no, with my 2nd baby I had the epidural and everything but I was up and walking 2 hours after

@lacymcbee1617, okay i hope it’s like that with me because i read that some people had it for a few months after the baby still and i can’t imagine going through that

I was diagnosed at 24 weeks. I went to physical therapy which helped and gave me home exercises... she also recommended
