Dam i get 20 bucks here in Maryland for fruits n veggies
I have WIC
We get:
5 gallons lactose free milk
2lbs of cheese
A quart of yogurt
11 dollars fruits and veggies
2 dozen eggs
36oz of cereal
2 16oz jars of peanutbutter
30oz canned fish
Whole bread and beans (I'm not sure how much, I don't get those.
Things get added after you have baby. More milk, cheese and eggs. Canned fish also gets added after baby is born.
Yes if you talk with them like if that’s what you drink I believe they can give you funds for that instead of the other milk. I see it in my booklet they give me but I don’t drink it.

@amanda7, yes just tell them that and I’m sure they will understand. They are really nice.
@amanda7, as long as you have a proof of pregnancy paper they give it to you. Doesn’t matter if your not that far along. I got mine as soon as I found out I was pregnant.
@amanda7, I asked my doctor for a proof of pregnancy paper & she gave me one. You just have to go into the office. You don’t need a appointment to get the paper 😊
