Anyone else sleep in separate rooms from their SO after the birth of their baby? Me and baby are in one room and hubby in another because he has to work and doesn’t want a disturbed sleep, baby is a noisy sleeper as well. It just makes me so sad 😭 I really miss sharing a bed with my hubby. Even at the weekend he ended up going in the other room because baby was keeping him awake 😩
We do this in the early months if we need to. DH works 12 hr shifts so needs his sleep. Plus I breastfeed so he can't get up through the nights to do the feeds (I hate pumping lol
My OH occasionally sleeps in the spare room, mainly because I kick him out due to his snoring 😂 but he also gets up about 5am for work so needs a good ole kip, so will sometimes start off in our bed but if he gets too tired moves rooms. As hard as it is, I think it’s about communication and compromise and finding the right balance for you both . X
Baby is only a month old, he was born 2month early so wakes 2 feed every 2 -3 hrsHe makes little grunts and moaning sounds in his sleep sometimes usually if he has wind. I guess it will be for as long as baby is in the Moses basket and waking frequently 😞
How old is your baby? And how are they a noisy sleeper exactly? Just out of interest. I feel sad for you. I get he wants rested sleep but does he miss sleeping with you? Maybe have a sit down and talk about it. If it's only short term and your finding other ways to be a couple and spend time together then it's not the end of the world. But long term I'd be worried if it was me.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
When my boy was born my husband slept in the room with us. He was leaving the house at 5 and getting home at 8pm, 6-7days a week (baby was 4 months old) but I was breastfeeding so just tried to not wake him. Sometimes I was exhausted and would have to nudge him to settle our boy.
To be honest I would hate if he didn’t sleep beside us, WE chose to have a baby! He always told me we were both working long hours at that time so had to support each other.
Little one was in our room until 8 months
