So when does the let down reflex become not a such an all the time thing? My breasts will let down randomly several times throughout the day it’s typically painful.

Yeah, I’d say about 1-2 months. I know the feeling, I used to soak through shirts without even noticing, it was embarrassing. Get some good quality breast pads for now to help soak it up.

Between 6 to 8 weeks when your milk regulates. When you breastfeed your baby, your baby puts your body a clock so eventually your body will only let down on your baby's schedule.
