Has anyone had an ultrasound place tell them they were pretty sure it was a boy but it ended up being a girl? I keep looking at the "gender pictures" they gave my sister to give to us but to me it looks like the cord or a foot maybe.
Yeah I actually asked my cousin in law who is in school to be a baby ultrasound tech what she thought and she showed her teacher as well and they both said they aren't convinced the baby is for sure s boy either and that the pictures aren't clear enough to point to either gender. They don't see actual boy parts. So they said I can come to the school and get scanned again for free.
I'm thinking yours is a boy. I can see boy parts in the first picture.
Honestly I’d say it’s a boy, but nothing surprises me anymore! You could bring your scan pictures to your next doctor appointment and see what they say!
@aylenrose, yeah it’s crazy if you feel like it’s not right just make sure because the whole time I knew I was having another boy even when they gave me the first ultrasound
@cvargas574 yeah at our anatomy scan I'm going to ask them to check again just to be sure.
I had something happen to me similar but was told girl at 13w ultrasound and now it’s definitely a boy via ultrasound n blood work I have the pics let me show you I was so confused
Looks like a boy to me not his toes or feet cause you can see them bent up
In the first one? That one I feel like it looks like the cord because of all the little circles connecting.
@aylenrose my oldest son looked just like that at least it looks like a boy to me I see balls and wewe
Yes i think so! Baby went home in a pink outfit too @aylenrose
Omg! Was your friend upset? I would be especially getting/spending money on a whole bunch of girl stuff for the baby.
A girl would show two white lines , and if the baby is a boy you would be sure . My son u could see clear as day he was a boy and now my girl u can also ask them to do another ultrasound or go to a place that does ultrasounds and can get better angles
@aylenrose, and yeah my son was like that too there was no doubt he was a boy lol ..
@emontesmom thank you! I definitely see what you mean by two lines now.
@aylenrose, yeah Since only having one kid and a boy I asked the ultrasound tech how can u tell girl or boy and she said a boy you can tell externally like u can see the penis obviously I knew that lol but she said with a girl you’ll see 2 white lines
My friend was told girl whole pregnancy and came out a boy.
Just came across this and had to ask, how long ago? Recently? Because this technicians that do the anatomy scan act very sure of themselves. Yet for my son, 3 years ago, i went in for a check up ultrasound for excessive water build up in my uterus I was already 7-8 months pregnant and the technician says "aw congrats so your having a girl?” And I got so hot & sweaty from thinking great a mistake was made but then my husband corrects him saying no actually were told a boy 😧
@e_elliana408 @e_elliana408 at the time of the ultrasound I was 15 weeks and 3 days so it's been a little over a week since then. We had our reveal last Saturday and got the pictures then. I'm waiting for my anatomy scan to hopefully give me a clearer and more for sure picture of the gender.

I honestly don’t see how they can even say what it is off that shot i would wait and see don’t go shopping just yet.
That's why I'm not sure if they got it right. To me the first one the baby's back is to us and it looks like the cord. The other looks like a foot to me. I think there might be one picture where maybe its boy parts but I'm hoping at the anatomy scan they can tell us for sure.
Maybe it’s just the angle of the pictures but doesn’t look like a pee pee

@aylenrose, yeah I would wait to confirm, I wouldn’t go shopping quite yet.
I’m sorry I’m sure this is frustrating
😂 it definitely doesn't give me a clear answer in my opinion but in those pictures it doesn't look like a penis to me.

If you were told to completely clear out your makeup bag and were only allowed to keep *3 products* for a more natural/lighter look what would you keep? What are your top three staples? And what are some products you use a lot BUT know it is something you could definitely go without.

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
