You can also use evening primrose capsules vaginally. My doctor told me I could use these to help ripen me but then I got to 3 CM before my scheduled induction time so she set the date and I started Pitocin instead of the ripening gel they give you. I think you both are at a 3 so keep watching for any bloody show! ❤

@dessiboo yes so keep watching for any continued bleeding and clots and report any of that to your doctor. Every pregnancy is a case by case situation. Since you have an induction date set your doctor will let you know what to look for. My doctor told me not to wait for perfect 5 minute 1 minute 1 hour contractions if I was to go into labor on my own and even told me if I started any bad cramping pains to come in.

@mom211n11 gotcha! I've been having more lower back pain these past couple days, I told her about that today but she didn't say anything about it. I don't even think I've been feeling much Braxton hicks lately either. Unless the back pain is possibly them? It's a constant pain though and sometimes get more intense

@dessiboo yes braxton hicks can be more intense at the point your at even painful. I had them in my lower back and even felt them in my pelvic area. If those start getting closer together and stronger you should call for sure.
