I noticed that everytime I breast fed my daughter today I ended up getting a headache during !! Has this happened to anyone else do I need to increase water it’s weird cause I’d be fine prior to but once at least 2 mins In my head start pounding which sucks because she’s on until she takes herself off and it’s at least 30/45 mins and she’s only a week old so she’s eating like crazy .

Yes try increasing your water intake.

Yup was going thru the same. But I started to eat more smaller meals in between and started drinking a gallon of water in thru out the day, it seems to have help

Your blood sugar drops when you nurse so maybe try eating a snack right before or during
