I couldn’t even watch the whole thing. If anyone manhandled me in front of my children or WHILE IM HOLDING MY CHILD, there will be no fucking wrath like mine.
But I will say, when you’re with your kids, the best thing to do is to not escalate a situation. We weren’t there, but whatever it was, she should have just went along with it and what they said, and took matters to higher ups while her children weren’t around. I always want to show my kid that I’m smarter and work harder and I’m more respectful than them having the authority to throw me all over the floor and rip us apart.
@jleona, I would have accepted the situation once I realized I wouldn’t win in this very second, and then spoken to the head authority at the police station, written a report, gotten in touch with the media, etc. Work smarter, not harder, and all that
I’d loose it. This is ridiculous and heart breaking to watch. If I would have been there I would have jumped in and asked her to pass me her child. What kind of cops are those handling the child like that traumatizing him? This is just sick.

I’m just so heart broken all the way around.

@jleona, yeah I completely agree. They’re SUPPOSED to be the bigger “person” and they rarely ever are!
My heart breaks for the child. I’m so upset this stuff goes on in the world.

@badgirlnextdoor yes! You're so right.

I saw this earlier and it made me so angry. There was no fucking need for it.

The cops are in the wrong clearly but in this incident the mother made it a lot more traumatising then it had to be.

I guess. But as a mother, I wouldn't just let a cop take my child from me. Especially when I'm not committing a crime.
