I fucked up and started watching videos on how epidurals are done and now I'm freaking out. I don't do pain well or needles. 😭😭😭

You'll be fine. The pain from the contractions will cause you to not even feel that epidural needle. Thats how it was in my experience

I have the biggest fear of needles ever and I was so scared with my first I made it to a 6 then begged for the epidural and it wasn’t that bad. My second I was able to have natural without he epidural!
