I’m 4 centimeters dilated!! Any remedies that have actually worked for you to help speed up this process😩 I want him out already I’m so uncomfortable and it feels like he is going to fall out my vagina 😂

Nothing that really works to start labor, only things to prepare your body. Babies just come when you and your body are both ready. With my first, I was a 3.5 one day and went into labor the next a week early. My second, I was at a 3 for 3 weeks and went into labor still at a 3 a day early. With my 3rd, I was a 6 5 days past my due date and still not in active labor. It’s crazy how every pregnancy is different. Walk, sit on a yoga ball, do squats and lunges, eat 6 dates a day and drink some raspberry leaf tea to help get your body ready. Also rest and take baths. Balance and patience are both key!
