What can I do for my 6 week old for constipation his poop hasn’t been hard but he also hasn’t went poop for a entire day now last night he was passing gas and I really thought he would go but everytime he started pushing he was screaming. Other then warm baths leg movements belly rubs I’m at a loss on how to help him gas drops help him a little with his belly.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
What can I do for my son?! His belly must be hurting him. He’s been passing gas a lot and I’ve given him gas drops. That only helps for a minute or two and then he starts screaming again. I do the whole thing with his knees to his belly and rubbing his little tummy and that only helps for a few minutes too. He’s only two weeks and three days.
Mommas I need advice. Kynton gets a super bad rash when he poops. From one poop and maybe 45 seconds of him being in that diaper turns his butt bright red and blisters. We only use Huggies and Pampers diapers. Could it be disposables that do this? The gel stuff mixing with his poop that creates the rash?? And should I try a few cloths to see if it helps? Or what do I do. He poops at least 2 times if not sometimes more a day. And it puts him in agonising pain. His Drs said don't worry but his Booty is always red, bleeding and hurts him.

It is uncomfortable to do but when we did it to her she wasn't even phased by it and it worked. Hopefully he finds some relief

When my daughter was around that age my Mom used the tip of a thermometer in her butt to stimulate. The poop arrived shortly after.

They were gonna do this at the hospital because he didn’t have his first poop until day 3 literally minutes before she brought the thermometer in there 😂. I feel so uncomfortable doing that though😩 I just want some relief for him though.

it's completely normal for breastfed babies not to poop for days. Even a whole week with no poop. Gassiness could be something you've eaten that may not be agreeing with his tummy. Around 6wk, some babies stop the multiple daily poops, or just the daily poops...
