Did any other moms experience sharp pains on the leg side of their ribs when 37 almost 38 weeks pregnant? Anytime I lay on my left side, turn my body a certain way or even just raising my left arm gives me sharp pains

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
