I don’t have a problem not drinking it’s just sometimes I crave a glass of wine and I’ve been told a glass here and there is safe but the thought makes me feel so guilty

None (after I’ve found out I’m pregnant) There’s no reason to drink during pregnancy and in my personal opinion if you can’t wait till your babies born then that’s an issue.

No one needs to tell you not to drink during pregnancy your an adult and likely already aware. Only you can decide for you what’s right but why risk it.

I had a lil one for our anniversary dinner And my baby is fine. I asked my pedi and she said some won't hurt but of course being a Dr advise none is best. To each it's own.
