Do any mommies know about the georgia safety plan. Recently me and my mom signed a paper that says if it is violated we are to report it to dfacs and call the cops. Its about Domestic V in the home around the kids. The father is not to be around the kids etc. The mom let him back and we know about it. If we dont report it will we be in big trouble? Im kust afraid that the infant will be taking into the system or will she be able to be with her immediate family which is us if the mom and father went to jail or anything happens to them.

You could be since you signed paperwork that requires you to report it. If you don’t, and it’s found out that you knew, I’m certain there is a penalty for it be it a fine, jail, or both.

i would definitely report it, no matter what action is taken the child’s safety is the number one concern & if there’s reason to believe the baby is not safe u shouldn’t risk it.

If you signed a document stating your to report if the father is in the home or anything that goes against the court order then yes you can and will get in trouble since you've been appointed by the courts to say something. And if you dont say anything and the cops go to the house the children will go into the system first then you MIGHT be able to go get them
