Me and baby are fine. He’s been moving since it happened. She had some of her stuff packed before the fight so I’m hoping she will just leave and I won’t have to evict her.
Why would you engage in an argument with someone when you're pregnant? It takes two to fight. You should have shut it down when it escalated and called the cops then. You're on the same level as her, if not worse.
@brittanystewart304 then that's not a fist fight, that's assault and self defense. Why wouldn't you follow up with the cops? You need to file a restraining order. And be sure you tell them you were assaulted not that you were in a fistfight... there's a huge difference.

You’re pregnant you should get seen by a doctor ASAP just to make sure the baby is doing fine even if you’re not in pain.
My SIL was dating a guy who moved into her house with her. When they broke up it went very badly but yes she had to go through the court system to legally force him to leave. She had to serve him an eviction notice and he was given I believe 30 days to find a new residence. She put up cameras in the house that would be accessed from an online portal and could be moved to view around the room remotely. My MIL also started staying the night. Just making it as uncomfortable as possible for him to stay any longer than he had to.
Does she get mail there? I'd say call the cops but there's a possibility of you both going to jail for fighting. That is insane.
No she doesn’t. And the cops were at my house already but I was already gone.

I was told since she done paid half of her rent for this month that they wouldn’t make her leave that she would have to have a eviction notice but I have no idea. I’m going to the courthouse first thing in the morning.
Why would you have to leave your own house though?
If it’s your home why do you need to go to the courthouse to have a guest leave?
What a nightmare she sounds like a real winner.....
She’s been living there with me for about two months. Her name isn’t on the lease or anything but my mom told me I needed to go see what I need to do to make her leave.

She told my mom I was nothing but a whore an all kinds of shit. But yet she just went from messing with a married guy and is now “dating” and in love with some other guy that she’s talked to for like a week.

I left after the fight. I went to my neighbors and waited on my mom and then I got some clothes for me and Tinley and my gun out of the house. I was there for a good little bit and the cops never showed.
My neighbor told me the cops were at my house but it’s been like 30 minutes since they left my house so I figured they were gonna come to my moms but they haven’t. So I’m just gonna stay at my moms tonight and go to the court house in the morning to see about getting her out of there.
I felt better staying here tonight anyways because my stomach is cramping now.

I don't know about your state but I know in PA if they have been in your house 90 days or longer you have to evict them and they get another 30 days to pack up and move. Hopefully u and baby are okay.
