That’s how my sons was and it’s normal but he was sick pretty bad. We kept calling the doctor and stuff and tbh just keep an eye out and just basic stuff I would call the doc

If your worried I would take it to get looked at. They do get a hard knot sometimes at the injection site and it can be a bit red or bruised for a few days, but if you think it looks like a reaction, or she still has a fever I would definitely get her seen. Better to be safe.
