My daughter has fallen into this pattern of bed time being play time. She fights sleep soooooo hard but she's super giggly smiling, then all at once it hits her and she's screaming crying tired but for some reason still wants to sit up and play. Shes going on 7 months. Is this just a phase or is there something i may be doing wrong and or not doing for her?
Ps. She has had a set bed time routine since birth almost but altered, she always gets a warm bath, lotion rub down and fresh warm night gown
Is she learning new tricks? Not trying to be funny either. I mean like sitting up, pulling up on anything, rolling over, etc. My son went through sleep regressions where he became difficult to get to sleep and I remember the pediatrician telling me that it’s common at certain milestones, especially when the baby learns something new. They like to stay up and “practice” for lack of a better word.
