Anyone know what this might be?!😩 I changed my sons diaper before laying him down for a nap and when he woke up about two hours later he had it. It’s on his thigh and it doesn’t seem to bother him at all he’s his usual happy baby self.

I am not sure what this is but I get these too on my arm , leg etc. I have been for years. It worried me at first but now I don’t worry to much. Definitely ask a doctor just to be safe.
