Do all babies go through the same experience when teething? Like lack of sleep, lack of apetite etc? Or some don’t necessarily go through these symptoms? What’s your experiences? My baby is 3 months.
@sms123 yes .. some are quick .. some take forever. My bffs lil man still has no teeth at 1year.
@sms123, did you try a wet rag ?? Put on babies gum u hold it while baby bites on it dont know how to explain it lol
Nope. My daughter was generally asymptomatic. As far as I know, maybe she spiked a mild fever overnight but that was it.
I see. When did the teeth come through? Do they get symptoms and the teeth take awhile to erupt?
@sms123, I never really knew when she started teething. She started drooling a lot and chewing on stuff when she was around 3 months old but she didn’t sprout 4 teeth until 9 months. After that, I’d just randomly check her gums and realize new teeth were coming in but she never really got crazy fussy like I see some ladies posting.
@flamingomom, so she was teething at 4 months and only got teeth at 9? Wow thank god she wasn’t fussy for all that time
Hey does anyone want to join my new group? It's for moms who have infants and are pregnant again like myself. I got pregnant again when Justice was 3.5 months therefore, he will be 1 year old when baby 3 comes! Any moms who have been through this already can join to share their experience. As for me I will share my experience as I go through this and support any other moms currently going through this or may go through this in the future. 😊 #momlifegroups
Hate it when people who have had babies say 'good luck going through labour without an epidural' we all handle it different, so I could go through it with just gas and air, pisses me off!!
Ok ladies I'm super nervous... my son is going to the urologist to be circumcised today... a friend of mine let me know there's a chance they'll offer to let me watch... I would hate to see my baby in pain but I don't want him to go through it alone... has anyone watched their son get circumcised and how was your experience?
I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what!
Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful?
I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
Until u know what another parent is going through, dont judge.cause if they didn't need the money, they wouldn't sell the food. U just never know another person situation.
There is an array of symptoms.. mild to extreme. My 1st little started at 3mths .. drooling and cranky during the day at times. Her cheeks turned bright red right and a mild fever occurred before teeth popped through.
She still slept .. even took long naps during the day with lots of cuddles. She did lose appetite around 7-8mths .. only wanted boobie milk no purees.
You can never be prepared for these milestones. Experiences are so different with each kid. Even if you are prepared, a new symptom or reaction will pop up. Lol
