@emilydrake29 yeah! What worked for me was drinking coconut water, coconut milk, eating oreo cookies, eating ice cream, and drinking water half my weight in ounces a day, stayed away from caffeine (sodas/tea/coffee), and my manual pump extracted way more than my electric pump.

@humblyheretoserve, what part of Texas are you from I’ve been trying to find somewhere that helps with baby clothes since we are low on money so far no place has helped

That happened to me it was either a clog or mastitis.
