That’s not good. I had to go through that for a week and a half then the day of my appointment my OB checked for dilation and as soon as he checked I started to get strong contractions and I didn’t got to the hospital then I waited till it was 8/9 pm and I went in and I was definitely on active labor. I really hope you don’t go through that because it’s miserable being in pain for days and not being able to give birth because one is not dilating. Good luck mama!! Are you in the hospital? If you are they might put you on pitocin

They discharging me cause I’m not dilating but my contractions are strong and 3-5 mins apart
